Opportunities

We aim to offer a range of opportunities to suit different levels of experience and ability across internships, our advisory groups, voluntary and paid roles.

Under our “By Us For Us” ethos, we engage directly with our service users as service designers and experts, working in a commercially-focussed and intrapreneurial way to develop our working plans.

Our project priorities and longer term strategy are guided by our specialist advisory groups, in tandem with our external funders and commercial partners.

Current Vacancies

We have been gifted an allotment at Roots in Coulsdon, and we’re looking for people to help us decide what to grow and manage the plot. Whether you’re into veggies, herbs or flowers, experienced or not, we’d love to hear from you. There’s no minimum time commitment and all tools and resources are supplied. It’s no-dig allotment so there’s no back-breaking work involved: just an opportunity to create a welcoming and sensory-friendly little patch of peace and wellbeing.

We are in the early stages of scoping wellbeing and support services for autistic women and people who were assigned female at birth. These will be centred around significant life milestones: pregnancy, early motherhood and (peri-) menopause, and taking place in Croydon and surrounds. You need to identify as autistic or similarly neurodivergent.

Our first major project is to build our Autistic Youth Hub – a dual online and real world space that celebrates neurodivergent culture and ways of being – while acknowledging the challenges of being autistic through the later stages of adolescence, higher/further education and into the workplace.
