We offer a range of advisory services and workshops for organisations who work with neurodivergent communities. We can collaborate on service and culture strategy, access and inclusion, and co-lead on service development.
Our advisory services tend to be bespoke to individual clients and we often work under NDA.
We lead from the perspectives of the social model of disability and the concept of ‘Nothing About Us Without Us’: harnessing the enormous value and power of crystallised intelligence (experts by lived experience).
We offer a range of creative workshops for teams from exploring the concept and realities of true co-production, working within access considerations and creating access riders, to creating low-duress, protective spaces and measuring impact in harm-free, transparent and collaborative ways.
Our goal is to become the ‘go-to’ provider of innovative, entrepreneurial and best practice-led services for third-party organisations to engage with the autistic community in South West London. Our lived experiences bring unique insights and the skills needed to work together with a ‘By Us For Us’ ethos.
Our culture of intrapreneurship and peer-led review treats service users as expert partners to create exciting and innovative collaborations that are ethical and mutually beneficial.
We are commercially-minded and confident in creating strategies to maximise engagement and the uptake of our services to deliver a return on investment (from both the organisations’ and the autistic community’s perspectives) and to satisfy social value requirements.
