Modern Slavery Statement

A Collective (SW London) CIC is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all areas of our work. Although we are a small, community-rooted organisation and not legally required to publish a statement under the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we believe in upholding the spirit of the law.

We do not employ staff or engage suppliers in any way that involves forced labour, child labour, or exploitative practices. All those who work with us – whether staff, freelancers, or volunteers – do so freely and are entitled to fair pay and treatment.

We primarily work with trusted individuals and local suppliers. Should we grow or begin working with more complex supply chains, we will review and improve our processes to ensure ongoing compliance.

Our work is rooted in creating harm-free, affirming environments particularly for neurodivergent people who are too often excluded from safe, fair employment. This commitment shapes every decision we make, and we see ethical employment as a core part of that practice.

We are open to feedback and committed to transparency in our operations.
